Curacao Marketing Strategy

Problem: CMO, Ariela Neruba, of Curacao and USC Professor tasked my team with understanding the customer in-store experience both digitally and in person to identify pain points, also to drive improvements for the customer experience.

Solution:

  • Analyzed in-store and digital customer experience
  • Re-designed company website
  • Led C-Suite meeting to review findings and implement strategies

Process:

  • Conducted in-depth competitor analysis
  • Ran surveys and focus groups across UI/UX tests (both in-store and digital customer experiences)
  • Provided marketing strategies towards college students in the southern California and Southwest areas of the U.S.
