Problem: Medtronic Energy Component Center (MECC) is responsible for producing components contributing to $312 million annual cost of manufactured goods. I was tasked with developing a tool to assess the health of the quality and manufacturing value streams
Result: Implemented a solution adopted across 10+ site projects, improving efficiency and enabling proactive defect reduction and data-driven decisions
